We obtain and use individual customer information for business
purposes only. The information is used to enable us to provide
our customers with the best service possible. Individual
customer information may also be used to protect customers,
employees and property against fraud, theft, or abuse and
to maintain good customer relations.

Phone, Inc. does not release customer information to third
parties, except as required by law or to protect the safety
of customers, employees or property.

are required to release the information if served with
valid legal process.

are required to provide directory publishers with listing
information including name, address, and phone number
for purposes of publishing and delivering
directories.
Our
employees are responsible for safeguarding individual customer
information and communications. All our personnel are aware
of and protect the privacy of all forms of customer communications
and information. Employees who fail to follow these safeguards
face disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal.
We make
every effort to ensure the information obtained and used
involving our customers is accurate. If an error is found
in a customer's bill, the customer should notify us as soon
as possible.
